Hollie DeWalt, Case Manager

Hollie, a CRS staff member since late 2006, serves as Case Manager for CRS’ two-person administrative team.  In this position, she responds to inquiries about the mediation process and schedules the actual sessions. She works to identify which CRS-trained volunteer mediator or co-mediator team will be involved in the session, and then she manages from behind-the-scenes to ensure process completion.

According to Hollie, “I have learned during my time with CRS what an enlightening experience mediation can be for people caught in a dispute. In my Case Manager role, I have firsthand knowledge of people cautiously entering into mediation and leaving absolutely astounded by the positive experience.”
