Jennifer Kowal, Program Director

Jennifer, hired as CRS Program Director in December, 2006, manages the administrative office including all volunteerism. In addition to providing administrative support, Jennifer oversees financial operations, plans and directs all training programs, implements marketing and fundraising program activities, and serves as the liaison to help ensure that CRS volunteer and community mediation needs are met.

Referencing the talented pool of CRS volunteer mediators, Jennifer comments, “Everyday, I am humbled by the extraordinary efforts of our volunteer team to reach out and positively affect the community. Our goal is two-fold: to help individuals in the peaceful resolution of their disputes, and also to educate the community by giving them the necessary tools to help them resolve their issues in the future.”

Prior to joining CRS, Jennifer held positions involving alternative dispute resolution services with the American Arbitration Association's Southfield, Michigan, and Las Vegas offices.
